In a crisis?

If you’re feeling desperate and need to speak to someone outside of our opening hours, you can contact the Samaritans on 116 123 for free. You can also email them at

Opening Hours

Our helpline is currently operating part-time. This means we may not be able to answer when you call. Please leave an answer machine message with your contact details and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

We will aim to respond to all queries within 48 hours (Monday - Friday).

Legal Advice

Although we will do our best to help you find the correct answer to your query, we do not provide legal advice. If you require an answer that has potential legal implications, you may want to contact a solicitor for legal advice.

Facebook group:

Our peer support Facebook group is also available and is the perfect place to ask questions and share experiences.

We welcome into the group:

  • People who have a criminal record
  • Family members of people who have a criminal record
  • Anyone currently under investigation for a crime

The group is moderated by trained administrators.
