• Our telephone support line is a vital service we offer –  £10 a month would pay for a telephone line for one of our volunteers
• Many of our enquiries can be helped in one simple telephone call - a £20 donation would enable us to take an initial call and then provide personalised advice to someone in need
• People benefit from our advocacy service by being supported to find their way through the most complex of situations - £132 pays for 8 hours of advocacy support
• We are always working hard to make people aware of the support we can offer - £20 per month would cover the cost of the flyers we distribute to community venues such as prison visitor centres, recovery cafes and foodbanks
• As a charity, it is essential that we have robust insurance and yet, as a lived experience-led organisation, we pay more than we would otherwise - £50 per month would cover the costs of insurance annually
